"VIP Club" Program Sponsorship (exclusive) Investment: $20,000 This exclusive major sponsor of the Texas Woodworking Show & Cabinet Conference will enjoy inclusion in advance printed & electronic materials distributed to attendee prospects, on event signage, plus be acknowledged before each of the two Cabinet Conference keynote presentations. Invitations will be issued to a VIP list comprised of all cabinet conference attendees, plus a guest list designated by the sponsor, to relax in the VIP lounge on the exhibit floor. The VIP Club sponsor will also be able to welcome onsite guests to the lounge. The sponsor hosts the lounge and can distribute brochures or give-a-ways. An assortment of cold beverages, consisting of 500 bottles of water and soft drinks, will be replenished each day of the show at no cost to the sponsor. In addition to recognition in direct mail and display ads in Wood & Wood Products and CWB magazines, the VIP Club sponsor will have its logo and hotlink prominently displayed on the Texas Woodworking Show Web site. Networking Reception (available to 4 non-competing companies) Investment: $3,500 per sponsor 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7 Renaissance Hotel Sponsorship of the Networking Reception includes recognition on advance printed and electronic promotional materials and on event signage. Cabinet Conference Sponsorship (available to 4 non-competing companies) Investment: $7,500 per sponsor Sponsorship of the Cabinet Conference includes highly visible recognition on advance printed and electronic promotional material and on on-site signage. Sponsors are thanked at the beginning of keynote conference sessions. Internet Café/Product Locator Sponsorship (exclusive) Investment: $5,000 The Internet Café will consist of computers set up on the exhibit floor where attendees can access their e-mail and surf the Web. The Product Locator stations allow attendees to search for exhibitors by product category. The sponsor's company logo will be prominently displayed on the Internet Café and Product Locator signage and home page screen. The sponsorship fee includes rental of all equipment, as well as your company name and logo on on-site signage, plus recognition in all advance printed and electronic promotional materials. Sponsors will also be recognized on the Texas Woodworking Show Web site with a direct link to the sponsor's Web site. Hotel Room Drop (Limit of 1 sponsor per morning: Thursday, Friday) Investment: $2,000 The sponsor's literature will be delivered to each room of attendees staying at the Renaissance Hotel.	Conference Bag Sponsorship (exclusive) Investment: $5,000 Bags are distributed to all attendees with their registration credentials on-site. Each bag will feature an imprint with the sponsor’s message on one side and the Texas Woodworking Show logo on the other. The sponsor will also be entitled to one literature insert in the bag. Conference Bag Insert Sponsorship (Limit 10) Investment: $2,000 The sponsor is entitled to include its flier, brochure or promotional item in each Conference Bag distributed to all attendees with their registration credentials on-site. Badge Lanyard Sponsorship (exclusive) Investment: $1,500 Badge lanyards are distributed to all attendees with their registration credentials on-site. The sponsor is responsible for producing and shipping 2,000 badge lanyards to the event. Conference Session Handout Book Sponsorship (exclusive) Investment: $5,000 This notebook of handouts and Power Point presentations from all conference sessions is distributed to all conference registrants. Sponsorship includes recognition on all advance printed and electronic promotional materials and on all on-site signage. Sponsors are also recognized on the Texas Woodworking Show Web site with a direct link to the company’s Web site. Sponsor can provide one brochure to be placed in the back pocket of the notebook.
OPPORTUNITIES: Electronic Sponsorships
E-mail Blast/Newsletter Sponsorship (limit: 6 companies) Investment: $2,500 per sponsor Each sponsor’s company logo and link to the sponsor’s Web site will be included on the right side of each Texas Woodworking Show e-mail blast. Sponsors will appear in descending order on a first-come first-served basis for the first e-mail blast and be rotated in each subsequent mailing. Ten e-blasts are planned to an estimated 30,000 woodworkers to encourage their attendance to the event. The e-blasts will start in October 2006 and end the week before the show.
